During the financial year ended 31st January 2026, Elysian World C.I.C continued its mission to advance community education, environmental awareness, urban food growing and social wellbeing through practical and community-led activities, with a particular focus on the North Kensington and communities across London. The organisations work is rooted in the belief that access to nature, ecological knowledge and the ability to grow food should be available to everyone, regardless of background, income or previous experience.

Community, education and mushroom activities

Elysian World CIC continued its work supporting communities to understand and participate in mushroom cultivation, sustainable food production, soil ecology and urban biodiversity. Through its educational activities and collaborations with local organisations, including Morley College North Kensington, the CIC has helped make ecological learning more accessible and encourage the development of practical skills that can be shared within households and communities.

Growing in Grenfell and community wellbeing

Through the growing in Grenfell programme, supported by the National Lottery Awards for all and delivered with community partners. Elysian World CIC contributed to environmental education and community engagement in North Kensington.

Grow Urban Festival
Elysian World CIC continued developing and delivering Grow Urban Festival as a community-focused platform for ecological education, public engagement and collaboration.

The 2025 festival brought together individuals, educators, growers, environmental practitioners and community organisations to explore urban food production, regenerative growing, soil health, biodiversity and climate resilience. Through educational gatherings, workshops, discussions and collaborative activities, the festival aimed to remove barriers to ecological knowledge, connect people with local initiatives and encourage practical action in their own neighbourhoods.
